Bye Bye Bunny...

En France aujourd’hui c’est la fête des mères , et s’aurai pu rester un jour festive si je ne venais d’apprendre la mort de Bunny Yeager…

Today in France we were celebrating Mother's Day, and it could still be a Happy If I just didn't leanr the death of Bunny Yeager...

Bunny Yeager & Bettie Page (1954)

Certains d’entre vous l’ignore peut être mais Bunny Yeager  aida grandement à faire connaître Bettie Page, puisque c’est elle qui envoya les photos de Noël au Magazine playboy pour leur numéro special Noel 1955… Je crois savoir que Bettie pensait que Bunny se fit énormément d’argent en vendant des photos d’elle (et encore aujourd’hui l’utilisation des photos se monnayait plusieurs centaines de dollars)…  

Some of You might not know that Bunny Yeager helped a Lot Bettie Page to become one of the most Famous Pin Up of all Time, because she was the one who sent the Pictures which would appear in the Playboy Christmas Issue of 1955... I think I remember Bettie used to think Bunny made a Hell lot of money on her back selling her photos (which was true, and was still true sometimes ago as the use of any pic would cost several hundreds dollars...)
